The suite dreams housing project

Helping Hands Housing Counseling Program provides a full range of services and assistance to housing consumers by assisting them in improving their housing conditions, and educating them on their rights and responsibilities.

Helping Hands provides counseling services and assistance to HUD and Non-HUD clients. These services include the following:

  • pre-occupancy
  • pre-purchase
  • first-time homebuyers counseling
  • pre-rental, rental delinquencies
  • mortgage default, post-occupancy
  • home improvements, rehabilitation
  • foreclosure prevention
  • energy conservation
  • housing consumer education
  • predatory lending counseling
